The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, with spacious accommodations for three people. Each room had unique decor and air conditioning to keep us cool. Caterina, the host, was very helpful and responsive to our needs.
No breakfast service available.

missingWrote a review on Nov 16cozy atmospherecomfortable bedinconvenient access
The room had updated décor, creating a cozy atmosphere. The bed offered a nice level of comfort for a good night's sleep.
Gaining access to the premises involved a 10-minute walk to a pizzeria for key pickup, which is inconvenient. The bathroom had a loose toilet seat and lacked soap and shampoo holders, making the shower experience less than ideal. The TV was outdated, and the constant street noise made it difficult to relax at times. Additionally, the reception was on the first floor with no elevator, complicating luggage transport.

Charming yet challenging stay
The location is the highlight—just a short walk to major attractions. Our room had a lovely balcony where we enjoyed morning coffee, making it a quaint retreat.
However, the absence of an elevator made lugging our bags up the stairs quite a hassle. The air conditioning was faulty, leaking water, which disturbed our nights.

missingWrote a review on Oct 11spacious roomhelpful receptionfantastic locationlack of chairsno cups
I traveled with my family for a short stay, primarily to explore the incredible art and history of Florence. The room offered was spacious enough for three, which was a plus, and the man at the reception was really helpful throughout our visit. The best part was the fantastic location, with stunning attractions just a short walk away, like the Museum of Opera of Saint Maria of Fiore and Piazza della Signoria. However, I found it odd that there was only one chair in the room for three people and no cups provided.

honestly, I almost complimented the location, but everything else was way below par. I had to trek 10 mins just to pick up my keys! Plus, the lack of cups and no one changed the towels was a delightful surprise. I expected at least a room upgrade for all my troubles, but that was too much to ask, it seems.

would stay here again.
The room was spacious with a nice balcony, big comfy bed, and a clean bathroom. Air conditioning and free toiletries were great too. Also, the location is fantastic! Ivan was super friendly and let us keep our luggage after check-out. Overall, a solid place for families.
